Overview of Screening Process

In this conference, the screening is performed in two steps by reviewing:

  1. Abstract (300 words), and
  2. Extended Abstract (2-5 pages).

Presentation at the conference is fully accepted when the following requirements are satistifed:

  1. Acceptance of the Extended Abstract, and
  2. Early-bird Registration of at least one of the authors.

Once the Extended Abstract is accepted, the authors are requested to submit the final version of Extended Abstract (with a relevant revision) for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Submission of Abstract has been closed. Thank you very much for your contributions.

Submission of Extended Abstract (Due May. 1, 2017)

Submission of Extended Abstract has been closed. Thank you very much for your contributions.

Please note that there is still a possibility for a contribution to be assigned to a different OS depending on the contents of the Extended Abstract and if the organizers judge it appropriate.

It is assumed that the corresponding author will make a presentation at the conference. Each accepted extended abstract must have at least one paid regular or student registration by June 16 June 30, 2017 (i.e., within two weeks from acceptance) to ensure that their presentation is included in the Conference Program.

Submission of Final Extended Abstract (Due July 1, 2017)

Revise the Extended Abstract by taking into account the comments from reviewers, if any, and submit the final version of Extended Abstract for inclusion in the proceedings.

All contributors must upload the Final Extended Abstract for inclusion in the proceedings, even if there is no modification from the initial Extended Abstract.

Registration number (starting with "e", see Fig. 1 below) of the presenting author, which will be issued on registration at NTA site, should be supplied together with the submission.

The final version of the extended abstract that does not conform to the correct format will not be included in the proceedings. There will be no opportunity to alter it after the submission of the final version.
